Meet tiny, big-hearted Miss Emily, the passionate woman behind Sweet Freeze, a business dedicated to serving up happiness with a positive message about inclusion through her very own frozen ice cream and popsicle trike across Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, and the Tri-Municipal Region.

This summer, her  dream is to bring her frozen ice cream and popsicles to the streets with a specially adapted motorized treat bike, complete with an ice cream and popsicle cart. This powered bike will carry Emily and her incredible support team throughout the region to make a difference wherever they go.

For Emily, Sweet Freeze is all about bringing people together. Having personally experienced the isolation that comes with debilitating medical and developmental challenges, she understands the deep value of connection. Despite the ups and downs she faces every day, Emily is determined to make a difference in her community. Through Sweet Freeze, she is creating a space where both she and others, regardless of their abilities, can feel they belong. In doing so, she’s sharing moments of joy and connection, showing that no matter the challenges, we all have the power to make a positive impact.

The total cost of the bike including adapted retrofit  is $9,500, and with your support, we can make this dream a reality. Here’s how you can help:

• Invite Emily to your event or neighborhood: Whether it's to your neighborhood, a local market or festival, a family gathering, or a corporate outing, Emily is excited to bring her treats and smiles to you.
   
• Spread the word: Share Emily’s story with your friends, family, and local businesses. The more people who know about Sweet Freeze.
   
• Sponsor with logo and product placement: Local businesses can show their support by sponsoring Emily’s treat bike, with opportunities for logo placement on the cart, and stock her up with your promotional items to let her be your biggest cheerleader while driving foot traffic and awareness for your business or cause.
   
• Make a donation: Every contribution, big or small, will help fund the retrofitting of the bike and hope to get it on the road in time for summer.
